A big St Patrick’s weekend Thank You to everyone who came to our AMAZING Ceilidh on Friday night to have fun and raise over £1,000 for the PTA and Deancroft Irish Trip in June.
It was so much fun and lovely to see parents, staff and friends all dancing Irish Reels together and do-si-do’ing to the Glenhigh Ceilidh Band.
There are so many people to thank but a MASSIVE thank you must go to PTA parents Sue Leach, Margaret Prole and Anna Roche who slaved away in the kitchen cooking up perfect Irish Stew. Thank you to all the mums and dads who helped out on the evening, baked cakes and helped behind the scenes. Thank you to everyone who came along and bought tickets, thank you to everyone who donated money and thank you to parent Will Greenwood who organised the generous donation of Guinness and themed decorations.
Thank you also to the wonderful Sarah Radford, Tom Shakeshaft, Karen McIlfatrick and all the staff who mucked in and helped out to make the evening such a success!
