We are thrilled to bits that our new “Apprenticeshop” is nearly open for business! Opening after half term in November, our pop-up shop on Maidenhead High Street is selling ex-showhome, pre-loved and recycled furniture and homewares. All proceeds are going to charity and we are offering discounts to customers on universal credit, NHS staff, key workers and students
Our pop-up charity shop is an important part of our Route16 careers programme, giving work experience in the retail industry to pupils aged 16-18. Pupils will be working in the shop in shifts during the week supported by staff and members of our Beech Lodge School community.
We are very grateful to the Shanly Group who have given us the shop until the end of this academic year in July 2022 with all proceeds going to the Shanly Foundation to support local charities.
