What I love about my job:
Working with an amazingly talented and dedicated group of people and seeing the positive difference our school makes to children and their families.
Who or what inspires me:
My father Adam Szmigielski. He was the kindest and most compassionate person I have ever met.
Little known fact about me:
I was always getting into trouble at school and was “asked to leave” aged 12 for being disruptive. I felt very misunderstood which is what I think has helped shape my approach to education and children generally.
