We take our social responsibility very seriously at Beech Lodge and see it as an intrinsic part of what we do. We endeavour to empower our pupils to become active, thoughtful and effective members of our global society.
As a community we recognise the importance of modelling these principles to our children and young people and wherever possible engage them in activities that promote social and environmental awareness, enabling them to become responsible citizens and activists for change.
Social, environmental and political awareness ranges from inviting external speakers (including the unforgettable Lord Buckethead who stood against Prime Minister Theresa May in the General Election of 2017) to donating much needed emergency healthcare supplies to refugees in Calais.
